Nuzlocke White: The Unlucky Kings

"We must save them."

The Unlucky Kings (Remil Harmonia, Kyuvos Harmonia)

These are the sons of the infamous Twin Kings; Remil (at left) is King Zekrom's son, and Kyuvos (at right) is King Reshiram's. While the line of succession would have deemed only Kyuvos as the sole heir, but the damage on the kingdom was so great that the regents (the King's partners) decided there should be another reign of co-Kings. When the Great Unova War had ended, Kyuvos and Remil were only 7 and 6 years old respectively; they took over the throne when Kyuvos became 17 and Remil was 16.

History has nicknamed them as the unlucky kings, since they spent most of their reign trying to fix up the damages that their fathers had inflicted on the kingdom. The rest was spent researching a way to return the Original Dragon's split soul back into the empty body it left behind. Along the way, they ended up allying with the remnant dragon that remained from the great split. Since this new dragon had no identity to call its own, the sons named this new dragon "Kyurem." Together, the three were in progress of making a device that could try to fuse the Original Dragon's soul back into the body. 

Unfortunately, the seals would break again before the device was fully functional (historical records are conflicted on how the unsealing happened). Despite this setback, the sons took it upon themselves to try to stop Zekrom and Reshiram from destroying the kingdom they had worked hard to restore. Kyurem also came to help as well, in hopes that it could be reunited with the power it had lost. But they were unable to get the device to work properly; this fusion attempt enraged the dragons and they attacked. While both Zekrom and Reshiram were sealed successfully, Remil was killed by Zekrom. Devastated, Kyuvos hid the stones far away, and quietly stepped down from the throne.

It should be noted that while Kyuvos did marry a few year after he became king, but Remil never did.
